General Floral Care

 

 

  • Inspect the product upon arrival

  • Remove any damaged petals or foliage

  • Make sure all containers have been properly cleaned and sanitized before transferring floral product

  • Mix proper amount of water and preservative according to the product instructions

  • Carefully cut one inch off the end of the stems and immediately place in prepared contrainer

  • Allow  one to two hours for flowers to hydrate

  • Flowers should be stored in a floral cooler with temperatures between 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit (2-3 degrees Celsius)

  • Inspect buckets daily making sure they have the proper amount of water/preservative solution

  • Remove fallen petals and foliage from the container

  • Follow fist in first out protocol when rotating flowers
